He's been wandering around this little place for a bit now. New here, yes, but he doesn't stick out too badly. Well, other then the leather coat that is. He's curious though, because this place isn't anywhere he has seen before, and he doesn't have any idea where his TARDIS is. Or where this is, for that matter. He's pretty sure it's Earth at least.

All things considered, he shouldn't be here, or perhaps he should. Maybe there was something here he needed to do. Maybe not. Who knows, it could be a fluke! Nonetheless, he was here and he was wandering. Following signs towards a festival of some sort.

A large goofy smile spread across his face as he saw it. "Fantastic." The Doctor said when he got sight of it. How quaint. He seemed to perk up a bit as he wandered, looking over but not playing any of the games. No point in any of it, really, but it was great to people watch.

He'd always liked people watching.
